Six years ago, the national project “Available Housing” was solemnly launched and only 29% of Russians knew about its appearance at that time. Now only a few are remembered about the existence of this project. This information is by no means unfounded, but obtained as a result of a sociological survey conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation. Pay attention to housing in new buildings. The survey was conducted among the population of a hundred settlements of the country and in forty -three constituent entities of the Russian Federation. As you can see, it is very solid. Now let’s dwell on the most interesting moments. Firstly, sociologists have found that more than half of respondents’ surveyed respondents need housing. By the way, six years ago, six percent less were less than those in need of housing. It turns out that during the period of the national project “Available Housing”, nothing has changed. Moreover, the number of housing needs increased. Apparently, there was no sense in the project. Secondly, people believe that in their settlements of affordable housing, both have not been and there is still no. Say, affordable housing is not built at all. Therefore, where does he come from? Extremely expensive commercial housing is built, and budget new buildings «can be counted on the fingers». What is sin to hide, commercial housing to the people “cannot be affordable” and from its construction, ordinary citizens have no reason. Thirdly, according to the national project, by the 2015th year, for each resident of the country, supposedly, more than 24 square meters of housing should have, and in 2020, 140 million square meters should be commissioned annually. Also, the national project was designed to help reduce mortgage rates, which has not happened over the past six years. The rates are growing, regardless of the project «Available Housing». Fourthly, it is necessary to state that an attempt to solve the housing problem, undertaken by the state in the form of the national project “Available Housing”, openly failed.
