Pancakes in milk

Despite the fact that pancakes in milk are considered an original Russian dish, they are loved by the French, Germans and even Americans. This only says that the dish is very tasty.

There are a lot of recipes for making pancakes, however, the main secret lies in a non -exposure test, thanks to which pancakes are thin and neat.

Pancake recipe. To cook pancakes in milk, take:

— milk — 0.5 liters

— flour-1.5-2 cups

— eggs — 3 pcs.

— sugar — 3 t. tablespoons

— sunflower oil — 3. tablespoons

— Salt is a pinch

To make the dough without a single lump — first mix sugar, eggs and salt, and after that, stirring a slightly resulting mass, pour the flour in small portions. After the flour is well absorbed, pour milk. You can also knead the dough without lumps using a blender.

After mixing, add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the dough. Both sunflower and more exotic varieties are suitable: olive or corn oil. In any case, it is better to take refined, then it will not interrupt the thin smell of pancakes in milk. To enhance the smell, add a little cinnamon and vanilla.

The frying pan for pancakes should be well heated. Add a little butter to it (since the oil is already in the dough), mix the dough again and, pouring it with the help of a cook, start frying pancakes. Keep in mind that they are prepared quickly, so you will not succeed in moving away from the stove. Fry pancakes on both sides, fold them on a beautiful dish and grind them with oil. You can also make the filling, put it in the middle and wrap the pancake with a roll or envelope.
